Refund policy

Shipping

Chemical Berry is based in Scotland, united Kingdom. All orders have the option to send standard or tracked. You may be automaticity upgraded to tracked if you’re shipping charge covers the cost.

Orders of only prints and stickers are sent 1st Class Standard or Standard International.

Chemical Berry is not responsable for custom fees.

Refunds/Returns

Refunds and returns are done on a case by case basis.

If you are unhappy with any Chemical Berry product, email us @ chemicalberryshop@gmail.com and we'd be happy to come to a mutual agreement, whether that be a full refund, return or replacement.

Please bear in mind that some of our OOAK pieces can not be replaced due to their unique nature. In this case a refund (partial or full) will be offered, and in some cases, the item can be sent back for repairs/replacemt parts.

Damages

If your item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, again send us an email @ chemicalberryshop@gmail.com with your issue (some photo evidence would be very helpful too!)

Some of our jewellery is fragile and listings for these pieces will always state that they should be handled with care. We are not liable for any damages caused by misuse or lack of care.

Lost Parcels

Chemical Berry is not liable for any parcels lost in transit.

Please make sure your postal address is correct and up to date before ordering. We cannot help if you have provided the wrong information.

If you want to change or ammend any info after ordering (name, address etc) email us or send an instagram DM within 24 hours. Please include your name and order number and we will make any adjustments to your details.

The majority of orders are sent with tracking, so please make sure you check the tracking code when provided before reaching out to us.
